- SHIPPING METHODS
- Our standard method of domestic shipping is FedEx Ground Service or Freight Companies.
Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and surrounding US territories are shipped via USPS priority mail.
Once your order ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation with a FedEx tracking number, bol #, USPS.com delivery confirmation number so that you can track your shipment and make arrangements to receive the package.
International (Outside US) Delivery
International and special delivery addresses (e.g., APO) are shipped via USPS Priority mail and take anywhere from 5 to 15 working days to arrive after being shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive e-mail confirmation with a USPS.com International label number.
Shipping costs will be added to all orders, unless otherwise specifically agreed to before the order is shipped.
Ally offers a "Bill to Third Party" option for UPS, FEDEX and DHL services only. Parcels can be shipped and the shipping charges will be billed directly to the customer's account. All address correction fees assessed by the freight carriers will be billed to the customer's account.
Claims for Damaged Goods or Discrepancies in Order Received
Every effort is made to ensure that all orders are picked correctly and shipped according to our customer's purchase orders in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the condition, and count of all products received. All claims for damage or shortages in shipments must be made within 72 hours of receipt of goods or it will be assumed shipment was without damage and was complete. ES Water Sports, LLC assumes no liability after this point. If you arranged the delivery directly with the courier yourself, the responsibility will be yours to prove that it was the courier who caused the damage to the products not you. In this instance it is really important that you acknowledge any damage immediately, directly to the delivery person and then to the freight Company.

- Making a Return:
Customers must obtain a Return Authorization number before attempting to return any merchandise to ES Water Sports.
Ally will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call 1-888-255-9365 or email us. A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork needed for the return.

To provide your credit card number over the phone, please call us during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am–6pm).
